I had a very bad experience at my previous dentist of two years and was not use to being treated like a valued patient. From my first new patient appt with Dr. Capozza this all turned around! Coming into the office was such a friendly experience like no other! Dr. Capozza was so kind and took the time to explain in detail everything he was doing prior to my exam and during. He has a great bedside manner. I have never been treated with so much respect and kindness before. I now know what it is to feel like a valued patient.
